Potential information: This information may serve as clues to help identify the item. It also may not serve those purposes. The first, and often biggest, clue we have is the box number. A search for that box number will turn up all the items that were found together, which will often lead to connections we couldn't make with just one item. If you have anything you'd like to add, you can do so in the Comments.
Envelope, front: Postmark - "San Diego, CA 921 - 12 Aug 1980" ; Stamp - 15 cent American flag ; Addressed to "Mr & Mrs George Hardash, **, San Gabriel, CA 91775" (the street address is visible on the original item and the purchase-able scan. I see no reason to post it here. The item is dated recently enough that the people involved may be alive and adversely affected by posting private information for no reason. The name and city/state should be enough for identification purposes.)
Envelope, back: "B7" stamped in purple ink.
Card, front: "New Address" and an ornate address post are embossed in gold on a mustard yellow background. The address post has a space to write in the address; it was not used.
Card, inside: "The new address is" and "Telephone" are printed on the card. The space was not written in. Instead, the information was typed on a small piece of paper that was glued in place; glue dried, now loose.
Card, insert: Typed - "Esther and Bud White, **, San Diego, Calif. 92122, Home Phone: (714) **" (the street address and phone number are visible on the original item and the purchase-able scan. I see no reason to post it here. The item is dated recently enough that the people involved may be alive and adversely affected by posting private information for no reason. The name and city/state should be enough for identification purposes.) The phone number contains all numbers, no alpha characters.
Card, back: Blank.
Information: No additional info.
